ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTED IN THE COMMUNITY TO GIVE SUPPORT AND CARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS, ORPHANS AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN (HOME BASED CARE)
-100 orphans and vulnerable children were trained in their rights based advocacy and counseling.
-Routine support to the rural disadvantaged and people living with HIV/AIDS through CHBC kits, counseling, home visits and psychological support.
- Routine support to the orphans and vulnerable children through social commodities like school uniforms, shoes, books, pens and geometry sets and mattresses.
-Monitoring and follow up in the community.
